Born into a royal lineage and inspired by his father’s legacy as a registered Land Surveyor, Taiwo Salam developed a deep passion for real estate from an early age. He began his academic journey in 2010 at Muftau Lanihun College of Education (MULCOED), earning his Nigeria Certificate in Education (NCE) in Computer/Economics Studies. Pursuing global exposure, he obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Economics from Institut Supérieur de Communication et de Gestion (ISCG) University, Benin Republic, in 2017. During his National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) in 2023, he served at Ansarudeen Primary School in Tede, Oyo State, where he combined public service with his real estate knowledge to impact the community. He successfully secured a property through donations from the Muslim community to support Muslim corps members in Atisbo Local Government and facilitated the donation of two plots of land from His Royal Majesty, Oni Tede of Tede, Oba Abdul Rauf Adebimpe, for the establishment of a permanent corps lodge for both Muslim and Christian corps members. He initiated and laid the foundation for the lodge and established a sustainable contribution framework involving traditional rulers, influential leaders, and prominent individuals across the seven towns of Atisbo to ensure long-term project continuity.
