I am not in Nigeria, What are my options?
If you are outside the country or you are not close to the city of the said property kindly send your lawyer, a trusted friend, or a family member to act on your behalf for inspection, negotiation, and payment.
What documents are available?
We will ensure all essential documents required by law by the federal government of Nigeria and the state where the property is located are prepared and duly notarized.
Property Sales
What charges are involved?
We only charge a 10% agency and commission fee, aside from which there is no additional payment. It is important to NOTE that our agency and commission fees are strictly non-negotiable.
Are property prices negotiable?
We list properties based on the price determined by property owners, we can help negotiate price reviews where possible.
